Booking conditions

Length of stay and extra charges

  • → During the spring and summer holidays, at Christmas and over New Year the cottage is let by the week only (Saturday to Saturday).
  • → Electricity used is not included — it is metered on arrival and departure and paid in cash on site at CZK 7 / kWh.
  • → Bathing barrel CZK 1,000 / 2 days.
  • → Firewood used CZK 150 / crate.
  • → Grill hire CZK 200 / stay.

Deposit and cleaning

  • → On arrival we take a refundable deposit of CZK 8,000 to cover any damage.
  • → We ask you to clean up before leaving, otherwise there is a CZK 1,000 fee.
  • → Local stay tax CZK 25 / person / day (guests over 18), under Czech Act No. 565/1990 Coll.

Cancellation policy

  • → We take a 50 % deposit of the accommodation price when you book.
  • → Cancellation more than 1 month before arrival — the full deposit is refunded.
  • → Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival — the deposit is non-refundable.
  • → The remaining 50 % is due 14 days before arrival.
